    Money movement still ran through manual hands. I owned the scope, schedule, and governance of the automation, defined the future-state workflows, and built AI tools into how we delivered.

    One data platform had to serve many business organizations. I led the executive discovery, mapped the journeys of the people who would live with it, and briefed C-level leadership every week until everyone was looking at the same picture.

    Requirements, CAD models, test suites, and simulations lived in separate places. I led implementation of a cloud platform that brought them together, and carried it to production readiness.

About

Off the clock, I’m behind the decks

I produce music and DJ, and it’s taught me more about people than any framework.

Behind the decks you read a room in real time: who’s locked in, who’s drifting, when to build and when to let it breathe. In the studio it’s layering, finding the parts that belong together and collaborating until a track feels whole. The best nights and the best tracks share one thing: people feel connected to something bigger than themselves.

Some of my favorite nights are the ones I’ve organized with friends, bringing people together to play music and dance across Sydney, Austin, San Francisco, and New York City.

That’s what I bring to work. A room of executives who don’t agree yet isn’t so different from a dance floor at 11pm. You listen first, meet people where they are, and build toward a moment everyone shares. It’s also why I make time to mentor newer team members on my accounts: the room only moves when everyone in it has what they need.
